About RepFaith Performance...

RepFaith Performance is for believers who are done separating their faith from their fitness. I help Christians get stronger, healthier, and more confident while keeping Christ at the center of every rep.

I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and certified in nutrition, but my story is more than credentials. I’ve struggled with my weight and with my relationship with the Lord. For years I tried to fix my body without inviting God in - or focused on my spiritual life while ignoring my health. Neither worked.

I finally chose to combine both: to let God transform my body and my heart, and to use my journey as a testimony for others. Now I coach from experience, not perfection - helping you honor God with your body, build real discipline, and break cycles of shame and inconsistency.
